Conditional Admission

International students who want to study in a Clark University undergraduate or graduate degree program must apply directly to that degree program. They should not apply to ALCI. Admission to ALCI does not guarantee admission to degree study at Clark. ALCI cannot offer conditional or provisional admission. An ALCI-issued I-20 (student visa application form) is for language study only.

Applicants for degree study who meet all requirements for admission except for language proficiency may be offered some form of conditional or provisional admission, depending on that program’s admissions policies. To be considered for provisional or conditional admission, students must submit TOEFL or IELTS scores with their applications.

(Minimum proficiency requirements are measured by a TOEFL score and/or ALCI teacher recommendations.)
