Campuses Abroad: Graduate Programs in Israel, Poland and Russia
Israel
Since 1994 Clark University has managed a bilingual graduate program in Israel in cooperation with Israel College. In 1996 the program was established as the Clark University Branch Campus in Israel. The program, with courses offered in Tel Aviv, is directed toward students living in Israel (or willing to spend a number of semesters in Israel), and are bilingual (English and Hebrew).
Two graduate degrees are offered through this program: Local Government and Master of Science in Information Technology. The degree programs offered at our branch campus in Israel are identical in requirements to the M.P.A. and M.S.I.T. programs offered in Worcester.
The degrees, taught by Clark University faculty, can be completed as a full -time or part-time program. Thirty percent of the courses are offered as a concentrated summer session taught in English by Clark faculty. The rest of the program is taught in Israel by local Clark faculty. The summer session may be held either at Clark University's Worcester campus or at Clark University's Israel campuses.
This program is tailored to meet the work and family demands of professionals and takes into consideration their vast experience. The degree programs are designed to expand and strengthen the academic and managerial skills of the student thus enabling them to achieve a higher quality of performance as well as advance in their professional specializations.

In October 2004, Clark University began the operation of the Clark University Branch Campus in Poland in cooperation with the Academy of Management. This program is tailored to meet the work and family demands of management professionals while taking into consideration their vast experience. The degree programs are designed to expand and strengthen the academic and managerial skills of the student thus enabling them to achieve a higher quality of performance as well as advance in their professional specializations.
The courses in each degree program are designed and overseen by Clark University faculty. Clark faculty members teach the final twenty-five percent of the program during the Summer Session in the U.S. or the Summer Session in Poland. Students may choose where they wish to study for this final part of the program.
Three graduate degrees are offered through this program:
- Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.)
- Master of Science in Professional Communication (M.S.P.C.)
- Master of Science in Information Technology (M.S.I.T.)
The three degree programs offered at our branch campuses in Poland are identical in admission and degree requirements to the M.P.A., M.S.P.C. and M.S.I.T programs offered in Worcester.

Russia
In January 2008, Clark University began the operation of the Clark University Branch Campus in Russia in cooperation with Astrakhan State University. Full degree programs are offered in Astrakhan.
