All financial obligations to COPACE must be cleared before refund requests can be processed. The student must fill out a course "drop slip" and an official refund request form. Please see the academic calendar for specific dates and refund percentages.Alumni Enrichment, 60-or-older and Friends of COPACE scholarships are non-refundable except in the case of a course canceled by COPACE. Please allow three weeks after the add/drop deadline for processing refunds. Refund checks will be mailed directly to the address listed on the refund request form.
