Students who will be reimbursed by their employers must pay full tuition and fees at registration or make special arrangements with the COPACE accounts receivable coordinator. Employer reimbursement policy letters should be submitted at registration each semester. COPACE will gladly submit all forms and grades necessary for student reimbursement. To ensure timely reimbursement, students must sign up for "early grades" at registration.
